RESERVATION is due no later than one month prior to camp. The reservation deposit is $100.00 and is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and nonchangeable to another camp date unless Shopes cancel the camp dates contracted above. The deposit must accompany this fully executed Contract. Make checks payable to "Legends." If paying via Paypal, add 4.5% to all charges. The deposit will be subtracted from the balance owed. Price includes two dogs participating. Any extra dogs are $20/day, and Shopes have the right to limit extras if camps are full up.

MANDATORY INFORMATION required for dog's in attendance:

Attendees and Participants understand that any dog in attendance must be in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, flea and tick protected (this protects our dogs and your dogs), and not have been in contact with any communicable disease within the past 30 days prior to camp date. Shopes recommend all dogs have the rattler vaccine, as there ar rattlers on the ranch from time to time. The terrain at camp can be rough if working stock. Shopes recommend bringing doggy boots and using them the first day out if you are concerned about your dog blowing pads. Altitude is around 6500' and sun protection is wise for both human and dog. Weather is unpredictable and wind can be brutal periodically. Bring ear protection and dress in layers. Mud boots might come in handy also. If you bring tarps or tents, be sure you secure them well. Video taping is allowed. If you'd like to view any footage, bring your own cables in case ours are incompatible.

INSUFFICIENT CHECKS will result in a $35 fee. Any and all legal means will be used to collect.

BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT: Should either party feel there is a breach of this Agreement, suit may be brought only in the county and state of Shopes' residence. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and agreed to be all parties herein named.

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL shall be in full force and effect on the date executed by Shopes below. All terms and conditions stated herein, upon execution by all parties named below, shall be in applicable not only to the the parties signing below but also to their heirs and assigns.

CAMP ATTENDEES, PARTICIPANTS AND GUESTS (must be over 18 years of age; if under, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs and supervises)

I, my assigns and my heirs by this my directive and by my signature to this Agreement, agree to hold harmless Legends Three Pine Ranch and Australian Shepherds, LLC, Legends Three Pine Ranch, Legends Australian Shepherds, and Steve and Anne Shope (collectively referred to herein as "Shopes"), their assigns and heirs, and any assigned instructors or assistants, from any injury or death to me or my dog or those in my charge, from loss of or injury to any personal possessions including any vehicle in my charge, from any illness or injury or damage incurred by me or to me or my dog while in attendance, participating in or observing any events, trials, practices, matches, lessons, or testing on the premises.  Premises shall be defined as the 480 acres included in the Legends Three Pine Ranch.  I understand my dog is my responsibility to keep in control at all times, quiet, crated or on lead when not in the arena or otherwise directed for a performance or conformation venue.  I understand I am responsible for watering, feeding, and picking up after my dog.  I further understand the terrain on the ranch can be rough, weather can be harsh at times, and insects and poisonous snakes are present and I hold harmless Legends should any injury or bite occur on the Premises to either me or my dog or those in attendance with me.  I also understand no vet or doctor will be present, and time could be of the essence in getting me or my dog or those in attendance with me to a vet or doctor for an injury, illness, or bite. I agree to hold harmless Legends for any first-aid and should qualified medical attention not be given timely, appropriately or adequately. I understand stock, fencing and terrain can be unpredictable and I take full responsibility for any action or inaction on my dog's or my part for any subsequent injury that might occur to me or my dog or those in attendance with me as a result of participating in or observing herding/working, obedience, conformation, agility, tracking, or any other discipline or class held on the Premises.   I take full responsibility and hold Legends harmless for my dog's actions or inactions at all times, any other dogs' actions or inactions which are brought on site by me or my relatives or friends, any actions or inactions of my relatives or my friends in attendance with me.
