The parties, as further described below, agree as follows.

hereinafter "Client"

would like to take class lessons from ANNE SHOPE d/b/a LEGENDS THREE PINE RANCH & AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERDS, L.L.C. (hereinafter "Shope")

with the following dog:

and Shope concurs to give class lessons to the Client. It is, therefore, agreed as follows by both the Client and Shope:

(Note: Obedience Class Lessons (puppy training, competition for novice, open or competition rally, practical obedience for pets, stockdog work preparation, beginning therapy or assisted living, problem solving temperament or behavorial issues). Stockdog Class Lessons (foundation work, reading stock, directions, gears, flanking commands, square flanks, back, reading pressure, take pen and repen) Call to pre-arrange to insure you can get a private time. All group (2 or more people) lessons take new people at any time provided there is room - groups are limited to no more than five people at a time.

*NOTE: NM gross receipts tax of 7.4375% must be added to any Fee. Pay 4 weeks in advance and receive 5% off; no refunds.

___1) Private obedience lessons (one hour in duration) will be given to the Client for the sum of $20/lesson.

Lesson is scheduled: weekly or biweekly or monthly on TUESDAY at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m (circle your scheduled timeperiod).

___2) Private stockdog lessons (one hour in duration) will be given to the Client for the sum of $35/lesson.

Lesson is scheduled: weekly or biweekly or monthly on THURSDAY at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m. (circle your scheduled timeperiod)

___3) Group obedience lessons (one hour twenty minutes in duration) will be given to the Client for the sum of $15/lesson.

Lesson is scheduled: weekly or biweekly or monthly at 10:00 a.m. on TUESDAY.

___4) Group stockdog lessons will be given to the Client for the sum of $25/lesson. These lessons are for beginners only.

Lesson is scheduled: weekly or biweekly or monthly at 10:00 a.m. on THURSDAY.

5) Dogs in attendance must have PROOF of rabies, current vaccinations, and be in good health and condition. Client is to furnish a crate if applicable, keep the dog on lead unless directed to do otherwise, and pick up after the dog. Client should wear comfortable shoes, layered clothing, and sun and wind protection as applicable.

6) Client may cancel a lesson at no cost to Client PROVIDED 24 hour notice is given. If notice is not given, Client will be held financially responsible for the contracted lesson time.

7) Shope will make every effort to timely notify Client of any cancellation in lesson time. Timely notice would be a minimum of four hour notice.

8) Client agrees to hold Shopes, its assigns and heirs, harmless from any and all liability, including injury, illness or death, while on the Shope's premises. Client agrees to keep their dog under control at all times.

9) If any party feels there is a breach is this Contract, suit shall be brought in the county and state of Shope's residence.
