LESSON/CAMP CONTRACT
The parties, as further described below, agree as follows.

would like to take lessons or schedule a doggy camp with STEVE SHOPE and/or ANNE SHOPE (or their assigns) d/b/a LEGENDS THREE PINE RANCH & AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERDS, L.L.C. (hereinafter "Shope")
for themselves and the following dog(s):

and Shope concurs to give class lessons or provide a doggy camp to the Client. It is, therefore, agreed as follows by both the Client and Shope:
(NOTE:Stockdog Class Lessons (foundation work, reading stock, directions, gears, flanking commands, square flanks, back, reading pressure, take pen and repen, new ASCA stockdog courses). DOGS can blow pads; bring your own vet wrap or boots. Obedience Class Lessons (puppy training, competition for novice, open or competition rally, practical obedience for pets, stockdog work preparation, beginning therapy or assisted living, problem solving temperament or behavorial issues). Conformation Lessons (junior, regular, gait or structure analysis, grooming, tack, ...). VIDEOTAPING is allowed; you must bring a tripod or have another member of your group record. NM gross receipts tax of 7.4375% must be added to any Fee. Pay four weeks worth of private or group lessons and receive a 10% discount; no refund for unused lessons. If Shopes cancel any lessons, groups or camps, a full refund or make-up date will be made or given to the client.)
MARK AS APPLICABLE:
___1) STOCKDOG: Private stockdog lessons (one hour in duration) will be given to the Client for the sum of $50/lesson (STEVE ONLY).

___2) STOCKDOG: Group (minimum of two people participating - limited to four people) stockdog lessons will be given to the Client for the sum of $35/lesson (price is per person participating; not per dog participating). Auditors are $15. Lunch is not included unless precontracted ($5/lunch).

3) DOGGY CAMP (stay on site - one to six attendees) stockdog, obedience, rally and/or conformation or problem solving temperament issues or behavior issues will be included at the Client's request for the sum of $245/day per attendee. Additional charges: $45/night per guesthouse room or $15/camping-electric or $10/dry camping. Camp includes ALL meals plus beverages and snacks (guesthouse dogs must be crated - runs available on a limited basis - portapotty on site).

___4) OBEDIENCE/RALLY Private obedience or rally lessons (one hour in duration) will be given to the Client for the sum of $20/lesson (ANNE ONLY).

___5) OBEDIENCE/RALLY Group (minimum of two) obedience or rally lessons will be given to the Client for the sum of $15/lesson (ANNE ONLY). Paying four lessons in advance nets a 10% discount (no refund for unused lessons - you are allowed one cancellation and makeup date) - Wednesday mornings are booked already.

___6) CONFORMATION Conformation and also Junior Showmanship (half day - @ 4 hours) $50 (ANNE OR STEPHANIE SHOPE-MCDANIEL)
7) Dogs in attendance must have PROOF of rabies, be current on vaccinations, and be in good health and condition. Client should wear comfortable shoes, layered clothing, and have sun and wind protection as applicable for themselves and their dogs. An exercise area will be available for the dogs. Client is responsible for picking up after their dog. Client is responsible to keep their dog under control at all times. No vet is on site. Vets are approximately one hour away.
8) Shope and Client will make every effort to timely notify each other of any cancellation in lesson or camp time booked. Cancelation by Shope or by Client shall be given no later than 24 hours prior to any contracted time. Refund of deposit will be given on any camp canceled by Shope. Prepaid Lesson fees are nonrefundable unless canceled by Shope.
9) Client agrees to hold Shopes, their assigns and heirs, totally harmless from any and all liability to themselves, their friends or loved ones in attendance, including any injury, accident, illness or death, while on the Shope's premises. Client understands Shopes are not responsible for any damage or loss of vehicles or personal property and agree to hold Shopes harmless. Client understands terrain on site can be rough, livestock dangerous, weather unpredictable, and a vet or doctor is approximately one hour away; none will be on site.
Should a Client or Auditor or their dog(s) become a threat to the wellbeing of Shope's, any property of Shope's, or those in attendance, Shope has the right to ask the Client to leave. No refund of any fees will be applicable.
10) If any party feels there is a breach is this Contract, suit shall be brought in the county and state of Shope's residence.
