BREEDING/WHELPING CONTRACT

This Contract is an Addendum to the Stud Contract. All terms of the Stud Contract remain in full force. The parties to the Stud Contract hereby further agree:

Bitch Owner desires the Stud Owner board the Bitch to be bred, whelp and raise the litter. Stud Owner is agreeable. All parties by signature below concur to the following terms and conditions:

$800.00 Stud Fee payable to the Stud Owner is applicable at the time the Bitch arrives to be bred to the Stud pursuant to the Stud Contract.

$10.00 per day Boarding Fee is applicable and payable to the Stud Owner beginning 10 days after the Bitch's arrival to be bred to the Stud. The Boarding Fee is due and payable weekly. Boarding Fee stops the day the Bitch delivers.

$1,200.00 Delivery/Whelping/Raising Fee applicable and paid as follows: One Half due when pups turn four weeks of age; the remaining half due when pups turn eights weeks of age. When the pups turn nine weeks of age, an additional Fee of $20 per day for each day any pup(s) and/or the bitch remain in Stud Owner's possession is due and payable to Stud Owner weekly. Fee stops the day the bitch and all pup(s) are picked up and/or shipped, whichever is applicable.

*Fee includes: Housing of Bitch, normal whelping of Bitch, dog food for the bitch, dog food for the puppies, wormer as applicable for the puppies, and puppy vaccinations (6.5 weeks - five way; 7.5 weeks - bordetella), and an eye examination for the pups between the 6th and 8th week of age (eye fee covers litter of six pups ONLY; any additional pups' eye clearances must be covered by the Bitch Owner) and web link to pictures (updated no less than weekly for puppies age one day to fifty-six days of age), pedigree and shot record for the new owners. THE FOLLOWING are the Bitch Owner's financial and duty responsibilities: Litter Registration(s), Buy/Sell Agreement for the pups, specialty dog food or additives, veterinary assistance or well care in breeding, delivery, or post-delivery, copies of applicable proof of clearances for sire and dam, titles or registrations on sire and dam for the puppy packet, guarantees for pups, and any and all veterinary care or health clearances for any pups or the Bitch.

NOTE:

1) All guarantees on the pups' health are solely the Bitch Owners'.

2) Bitch Owner holds Legends harmless from any illness, injury or death of the bitch or the puppies while in Legends' care.

3) Legends will make every reasonable effort to seek timely veterinary attention as deemed applicable for the bitch or any of her pups.

4) Pups will be fed Eukanuba Puppy Food at the applicable age. If any supplementation is required, goat milk will be used.

5) Tail docking and dew claw removal are done by Legends. A webpage is linked at the Legends website and will be updated at a minimum weekly on the pups.

6) $20.00 Veterinary Health Clearance Trip Fee on a puppy to be flown must be paid to Legends.

7) $20.00 Airport Trip Fee to fly a puppy to a buyer must be paid to Legends.

8) All flight expenses, crate and vet check for flight for the puppies or the Bitch are the Bitch Owner's or the Puppy Buyer's responsibility and liability.

This Breeding/Whelping Contract may not be amended or altered except in writing and signed by the Bitch Owner and Stud Owners. Any suit filed for breach of Contract must be brought in the county and state of Stud Owners' residence.
