This Contract is by and between the following:

    Anne M. Shope and Stephanie Shope d/b/a Legends Australian Shepherds & Three Pine Ranch LLC (dba StarN Legends Products & Services), 671 CR AO32, Langley Rd, Estancia, NM 87016, the website builder hereafter referred to as "Legends",
and

hereinafter referred to as "Client"

    WHEREAS, the Client desires to have a website designed and built by Legends, and

    WHEREAS, Legends has agreed to build a website pursuant to the following terms and conditions,

    IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AMONG THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:

    1.  Legends states the following services are free:  Estimate on building website, Estimate on extra webpage additions, Consultation on website hosting or Purchasing a domain.

    2.  The Client understands and agrees, as evidenced by signature below, to pay for contracted services as applicable below:

Links Page (1 free picture) Xtra picture $3.00 each	Banner $10.00 each	Search engine promotions:  Tell us how much you want to pay for advertising - we'll send you to the applicable search engine to arrange for promotion of your webite
Theme Graphics & Design Layout free	Questionnaire/Surveys $20.00 each	Brochures - $25.00 - to promote your business & your website - you can print these anytime you need them
3 Misc Pages ( 2 free picture per page) . Xtra picture $3.00 each	Price to be agreed upon by the parties for albums, videos, slide shows, etc.	Business Cards - $20.00 - setup fee - you can print these anytime you need them

    3.    The website, brochure & business card  will be stored on two CD's.  One will be a work copy and the other a back-up copy.  If Client prefers to do all maintenance once the website is built, both CDs will be given to the Client.  Legends will assume no responsibility for the CDs once they are in the Client's possession.  If the Client has problems in the maintenance of its website, consultation by Legends is as stated above.  Client agrees to hold Legends harmless from any liability insofar as information furnished by Client and directed by Client to be used for the purposes of website building and promotion.  Client will proofread the website, any additions or corrections as directed and completed by Legends, and sign an Approval of Content Material and Presentation Form indicating assignments have been completed as contracted.  Client agrees to not have any content on their website that would fall into porn, adultry, or any areas related to those.  On each webpage, Client agrees to host the Legends Banner for webbuilding which will be placed so-as not to detract from Client's information.

    4.  Client will furnish Legends with a deposit of $75.00 prior to any initial website design and building  taking place.  Deposit is non-refundable. Insufficient checks will result in a $25.00 fee.  All legal means will be used to collect on insufficient funds.  Client will be placed on a cashier's check, cash or money order basis thereafter after the first insufficient funds.  The website will not be accessible if Client is in default of this Contract.  Insufficient funds, overdue payments for services rendered, and improper website content as described in No. 3 above are grounds for default of this Contract.

    5.  Client will be billed once a month for services.  Payment is due 10 days following the billing date.  Thereafter a late fee of $5.00 will be applicable plus interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at the rate of ten percent per annum.  Client agrees to pay for any legal expenses incurred by Legends  in collecting any unpaid debt owed by Client.

    6.  This Contract may not be amended except in writing and signed by all parties.  This Contract is binding on all heirs and assigns.

    7.  If any party feels there is a breach of this Contract, suit must be filed in the county and state in which the principal office of Legends resides.  The party found to be in default will be held responsible for all legal fees incurred by either party.

    8.  This Contract is in full force and effect on the ___ day of _______________, 20__ and when signed by all parties named herein.
